  • John Lynch - President

    Our owner and President, John Lynch, grew up in the construction industry and has extensive experience with project management and ensuring the profitable turnaround of contracts. He recognizes every job as a reflection of his brand. He empowers his workforce through resources supporting project goals and customer satisfaction. His leadership sets the foundation for collaboration, creativity, mutual respect, and excellence across our team. John's vast knowledge and experience drives our company's culture of quality workmanship and positive industry relations.

  • Hunter Goldman - Operations

    Hunter Goldman has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He joined MLC Theming, Inc. in the spring of 1997 as a superintendent at Universal Studios' Islands of Adventure. He has served as Operations Manager since 2005 and is focused on customer satisfaction and strong communication to organize projects to meet aggressive deadlines.

    Hunter has vast experience working in theme parks and is familiar with all aspects of new construction as well as the refurbishment of existing structures, complete with highly themed finishes. Hunter excels in evaluating details, identifying deficiencies, and solving complex problems as he leads our team of highly skilled tradesmen to self-perform jobs.

  • Alissha Gordin - Finance & HR

    Alissha Gordin has 20+ years of experience in Human Resources and 15+ years serving in leadership positions. She also has over 15 years managing and providing guidance to teams within the construction industry and is an avid proponent of safety awareness and employee development.

    In addition to leading our Human Resources practices, Alissha oversees the Finance team. She also manages the safety program for MLC, from keeping it up-to-date with new guidance and regulations, to educating employees and tracking trends. She supports our employees with technology and resources to execute goals safely.

  • Joseph Magee - Estimating

    Joseph Magee has over 30 years of experience in project management and estimating. He has extensive experience with theme park, restaurant, retail, office, healthcare, and pharmaceutical projects with special emphasis on theme carpentry, drywall, stucco, and MEP systems. He also has experience in subcontractor relations, quality control, cost control and reporting, project scheduling, design development, negotiations, and field estimating.

  • Kelly Hobgood - Project Management

    Kelly Hobgood has been bidding and managing projects within the construction industry for over 27 years. Kelly is a licensed Florida contractor and a strong advocate for mentoring our team in the field and serves as an excellent resource for troubleshooting through complex design elements. He has experience with industrial, theme park, commercial, entertainment, military, and residential construction. As a veteran of the Marines, Kelly brings valuable analytical and problem solving skills to drive the completion of projects.

  • Alex Ostermann - Project Management

    Alex Ostermann has grown up as part of our family and now has over 11 year of experience in construction. He started out in the carpentry trade and has moved his way through various roles, including field supervision and to his current role as project manager. With his degree in construction management and contractors license, Alex enjoys bringing solutions to complex aspects of each project. When he’s not collaborating with our clients and superintendents or planning for his projects, he’s a strong supporter our Safety Committee and our Apprentice Program.

  • Nilda Rodriguez - Senior Project Coordinator

    Nilda Rodriguez is known for her persistence and follow through. She has a get-it-done mindset, which is why she’s in the perfect role to support our project managers, contractors, and field team members to ensure smooth transitions and closure of tasks from beginning to the end of our projects. Nilda supervises our project administration team to ensure consistency in process across projects. She has been in the construction industry for over 10 years. She’s a team player that’s passionate about driving our team’s success behind the scenes. In addition, she speaks multiple languages - both English and Spanish.

  • Julia Bergamin - Project Administrator

    Julia Bergamin is an expert regarding all things administration. She handles everything project-related, from submittals, permitting, and ensuring contracts have the details needed. She not only supports our projects behind-the-scenes but is also a key player for ensuring safety processes and communications are being followed through. In addition, she’s our internal champion for helping our employees to feel valued and recognized as they accomplish milestones in their personal and professional careers. Julia is a part of our safety committee as well as our recruitment team. She enjoys connecting with candidates and our team members, and she’s able to speak several different languages, including English, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, and French.

  • Angelica Rodriguez - Project Administrator

    You will be able to to see right away that Angelica Rodriguez has an extensive background in customer service and administration. She’s the first smile you’re likely to see as you walk through the doors to our office. She is adept in handling communications and documentation related to our projects. She’s not only highly committed to supporting our project teams but also is a key resource for our field team members, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth administrative processes. She serves on our recruitment team, safety committee, and training and development team. Angelica is bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

  • Jane Baker - Accounts Payable

    For over 25 years, Jane has been a part of our family in various capacities, from laborer in the field to currently serving as our accounts payable clerk. She is responsible for tracking and processing lien releases, certificates of insurance, and payments to our valuable supplier and subcontractor partners.
